Hi, I’m Steven Battle! I am a strategist at heart and a connector by nature. For nearly two decades, I’ve been helping mission-driven organizations turn big ideas into bold realities. Today, I lead enterprise-wide initiatives at City of Hope, where I align philanthropic priorities with organizational goals and drive projects that make a tangible impact on patient care and research.

My career has taken me from planning global innovation events at The XPRIZE Foundation to building multimillion-dollar campaigns in healthcare philanthropy. Along the way, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about numbers – it’s about relationships, creativity, and a relentless commitment to purpose. Whether I’m designing systems that boost collaboration or reimagining donor engagement strategies, I thrive on solving complex challenges with clarity and heart.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Los Angeles’ food scene, curating playlists that span everything from classical to rock to indie gems, or planning my next travel adventure. I believe life is richer when we mix strategy with some spontaneity.
